DINING TIME – 90 minutes from your seating time.
LATE ARRIVALS – Your 90-minute dining time begins from your reserved seating time, regardless of your arrival time.
ORDERING – Enjoy up to 5 ordering rounds, with a maximum of 5 dishes per person, per round.
WHOLE TABLE PARTICIPATION – Everyone at the table must choose the same buffet experience. Buffet and À La Carte dining cannot be combined at the same table.
TABLE ALLOCATION – Tables are allocated by our team to provide the best dining experience. We will do our best to accommodate seating requests, subject to availability.
NO SHARING OR TAKEAWAY – Buffet food is for the registered diner only and must be consumed within the restaurant.
OUTSIDE FOOD & DRINKS – Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless approved by management (e.g. birthday cake).
FOOD WASTE – Please order responsibly. Excessive food waste may incur an additional charge.
FRESHLY PREPARED – Every dish is freshly prepared to order. During busy periods, waiting times may be slightly longer.
ALLERGIES – Please inform a member of staff of any allergies or dietary requirements before ordering. While every care is taken, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
LAST FIRST ORDER TIMES
Monday – Thursday: 9:00 PM (Kitchen closes 10:00 PM)
Friday – Sunday: 10:00 PM (Kitchen closes 11:00 PM)
CHILDREN – Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
MANAGEMENT – Management reserves the right to amend these policies, refuse service where appropriate, and withdraw promotions without prior notice.
